Joanne started out of an interest in holistic healing.
The properties of precious and semi-precious stones and colors with their said benefits to assisting people to help heal themselves on various levels are a natural extension of our interests.
Jewelry, a pleasure in of itself, can incorporate those specific healing stones. The pieces then not only please the eye, but potentially assist folks in obtaining health, balance and positive life goals.
She slowly got into beading jewelry and first launched Queen Beads and now run under Soul Selection.
The idea is, not only are our pieces pleasing to the eye and bring joy into our lives as a fashion accessory, whimsical addition to our home, clothing, garden and more; they can also benefit our well being.
Our products include: necklaces, bracelets, earrings, ankle bracelets, rings, accessory charms, key rings, frames and memento boxes, outer wear accessories such as socks and scarves and more.
How did she land at the Market? Joanne moved to Dundalk in 2006. In one of her exploration drives she spotted the Flesherton Market and stopped by. She enjoyed the products and the people. She then decided that this would be a great way to not only sell her products, but also socialize with people from the area.
Joanne has been part of the Flesherton Farmer Market Family since 2007. She enjoys participating in the Farmer Market board , producing the newsletter, helping with the web site, coming to the market on Saturday, socializing with fellow vendors and connecting with the people who come shopping or browsing at the market.
