BBQ Roast

Boneless Prime Rib of beef

Marinade Equal parts of:

  • Olive Oil,
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ part Worcester Sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Hot Mustard (English or Dijon works)
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • Add liberal amounts of Montreal Steak Spice and stir

Directions:

  • Poke and/or score the surface of the meat and marinade roast overnight ( Tip: I use a garbage bag.)
  • Pour over the meat in the bag and roll to make sure coverage
  • Try to turn once or twice overnight to keep the meat immersed
  • Place on BBQ Rotisserie for approx 20 mins per pound on med high (approx 400F)
  • Keep the marinade for basting (or use the drippings)
  •  Check readiness with a meat thermometer
  • You can, of course, cook it in the oven
