Welcome to the Flesherton and District Farmers Market 

Welcome to another year at our Market!

Our local vendors come from within the bounds of   Georgian Bay South to Highway 89 and  Highway 6  East to Highway 124.

We are open every Saturday 8 AM to 1 PM; From Victoria Day Weekend until Thanksgiving Weekend.

Don’t miss our next major events: 

May 18: Season Opening with Vendors sample trays & Library book sale

June 8: Farm Animal Day (Tentative date & July 20 depending on weather)

July 13: Car Show. Volunteer’s needed (we may have 2)

July 27: Books & Authors Used book or movie swap/sale

There will once again be a large variety of fresh meats and produce such as local beef, lamb, pork, honey , maple syrup and a variety of fruits and vegatables.

We also have wonderful cooks and bakers who make home baked goods and ready to eat foods such as cabbage rolls, perogies, borsht, sauces, pickles,  pies, breads, cookies, jams.

Our growers have enough plants and shrubs available to please everyone.

Our crafters are proud to display and sell one of a kind pottery, gourds, wood products, jewelry, sewing, knitting, crocheting, wool blankets, cards, alpaca products and outdoor furniture.

The Market will continue to be held be at the Flesherton Arena parking lot from 8am until 1pm.

There are a lot of special events – please watch our event calendar above for more details. This year special events include Master Gardner, Fire Department Day, Book and Authors day, Car show and more.

Events are subject to change and are held weather permitting.  Ideas and volunteers welcome.

The Green Thumb Contest will be back this year.  Entry is free of charge and every one is welcome to bring the biggest and best from their garden. Measurements will be taken as well as a picture. Maybe you’ll break last year’s records!
